Applications
Used as non-insulated transformer risers intended to reduce faults due to atmospheric conditions, vibrations, and crossed leads. It is not an electrically insulated conductor and is treated as bare conductor when installed.

Construction
Soft drawn copper conductors, either solid or round concentric stranded, covered with high molecular weight polyethylene (HMWPE).

Standards
These conductors are manufactured and tested to meet or exceed the following standards:

• ASTM B3 – Soft or Annealed Copper Wire
• ASTM B8 – Concentric-Lay-Stranded Copper Conductors, Hard, Medium-Hard, or Soft
